Orangewood Guitars Customer’s Q&A
Orangewood Guitars FAQs
About Orangewoodguitars.com Payment Method?
Orangewood Guitars has partnered with Affirm to offer flexible payment options. Customers can choose to pay over 3, 6, or 12 months with an Annual Percentage Rate (APR) ranging from 0-30%. The application process for Affirm is quick and easy, and it won't affect the customer's credit score. There are no hidden fees, and customers will know upfront what they'll owe. The rate will be 0% APR or 10–36% APR based on credit, and is subject to an eligibility check. For example, a $395 Orangewood purchase might cost $34.76/month over 12 months at 10% APR. Estimated payment amount excludes taxes and shipping fees. Options depend on the purchase amount, and a down payment may be required. For purchases under $100, limited payment options are available.

At Orangewood Guitars, customers can return non-personalized instruments within 30 days of receiving the order. However, returns are not accepted if a pickguard was applied to the guitar. All products must be returned with the original shipping box. The company covers the return shipping cost, but any original amount paid for shipping is nonrefundable. A restocking fee of $15.00 per product is charged, which will be deducted from the return credit. Exchanges are not offered, but customers can return or cancel their order for a refund, and then place a new order when ready.
To return an instrument, it must be repackaged in its original Orangewood shipping box with the gig bag. Incomplete or improperly returned instruments are not accepted. Customers should contact returns@orangewoodguitars.com to request a return, including the order number found in the order confirmation email. A returns form questionnaire and a prepaid shipping label will be sent via email. The instrument should be placed inside the gig bag and packed into the original Orangewood shipping box, including the pickguard and truss rod adjusting tool inside the gig bag. The shipping label should be downloaded, printed, and affixed to the shipping box, ensuring any other shipping labels have been removed or completely covered. The shipping box should be dropped at a local FedEx location. Once the instrument is received at the office, the refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.
